I take the public transit and ride my bike a lot. By taking the public transit, especially in the mornings I get the opportunity to see what people eat or drink on their way to work. One trend that I’ve been noticing for the past couple months is that more and more people are drinking Red Bull in the early morning hours.
If you haven’t heard of Red Bull, it’s simply an energy drink in which you consume to get a boost of energy. I understand that people need energy in the morning, but cutting corners in your health and searching for a quick fix is not the way to go, especially when you see what’s inside this bad boy!
What I’m going to do in this post is shed some light on the ingredients that are in a can of Red Bull. After you take a look at them, let me know if you think having a can of Red Bull would be a healthy addition to your morning meal.
