Endurance Athletes
1.2 to 1.4 g/kg body weight per day

Resistance and Strength-Trained Athletes
1.6 to 1.7 g/kg body weight per day

I have read some say that those recommendations are a bit high and aren&#039;t all that necessary.  Although other sources say the standard recommendations are way too low.

What&#039;s your take on this?</description>
