When you make the switch from eating 3 meals a day to 5-6 times a day you probably find it hard to prepare your meals – or even find the time to eat it all!
But there a few things you can do to save yourself some time in the process.

Divide Your Meals – Lets say you eat a bagel for breakfast. Instead of eating the whole thing, eat half then and the other half later. This will also work well if you have a sandwich for lunch, just eat the two halves at different times.
Switch Meals – Try some easy-to-make and easy-to-eat choices for your meals, this might be a bit unusual for you, but it gets the job done. For example you can make a turkey sandwich the night before and grab it from the fridge and eat it on your way to work.
Keep It Cold – This one works well if you don’t have a fridge or freezer at work. Simply freeze a juice box the night before and pack it at the bottom of your lunch bag. This will help keep easy to eat foods like yogurt and cheese cold throughout the day.
Have a Safe Stash – At work try to have a drawer filled with dried fruits, nuts, low fat crackers, and other non perishable convenient foods as a back up.
Chop at Night – When chopping vegetables for dinner, don’t forget to chop up some extra ones to munch on the next day.
So those were just some helpful time saving tips for eating 5-6 times a day.
But what I also want you to know is that eating 5-6 meals a day is not for everyone, if you’ve tried and it just doesn’t work with your lifestyle then its okay to try something else and it doesn’t mean you’re a failure. You just have to find what works with your lifestyle.

Good tips! I've never been able to pull off the 5-6 meals a day, largely because of my work environment. When I start working from home next month, I'm going to try it again.
Another influence has been getting past the feeling that I'm eating all the time. That's a new concept, at least when the focus is on healthy foods.
Thank Cammy,
I think working from home makes it A LOT easier.
And just remember if you're eating quality and nutrient dense foods you'll be AOK.
