		<description>I used to ALWAYS skip breakfast.  That helped me gain 100 pounds.  Now that I am eating right and exercising, breakfast is a part of my day every single day.  I couldn&#039;t exist if I didn&#039;t have a couple eggs or cereal and fruit every morning!  (And since I&#039;ve started eating brecky along with exercise, I&#039;ve dropped 45 pounds...and I&#039;m not done yet!)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great post as always, Marci!</description>

		<description>A person has to remember that they have to break a 10-16 hour fast  by eating breakfast, if they did not eat since their evening meal the day before. Eating breakfast helps keep the metabolism running high. The body lowers its metabolism rate if it isn&#039;t getting a steady stream of fuel. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;High metabolism = high energy = consistent weight loss or maintenance.</description>
