Your Fitness Plan For Decreasing Your First 5-10 Pounds
To improve the physical fitness of your body, you need to give it the physical movement that it needs. This means making sure you give your body the right exercises for it to change.
Start off by working in exercise through aerobic and strength training activities into your day. Visit your local rec center, community center, or gym. You can even start doing these things at home, too, which will make the process easier and even more enjoyable.
To see results even faster, consider these easy and fun ways to get in the exercise that you need.
Grab a partner. You’re 80 percent more likely to be successful if you don’t try to do it alone! Recruit someone to work with you, ask a friend, family member or spouse!
After dinner, head out for a quick walk. Grab your spouse and just take a nice walk for 15 – 20 minutes. If you can’t leave the kids, take them with you. It’ll be a great family activity and get some quality time away from “Mr. Television”.
At first if you can’t make the television sacrifice. Use a stationary bike. During your favorite show, ride the bike. You’ll get the exercise you need without missing your juicy reality T’V shows or soaps…and the time will fly by.
If you enjoy playing sports or recreational activities…DO THEM! Swimming, playing a game with your kids and even joining a sports team is a great way to get in some quality exercise without it feeling like exercise.
Moving and getting in your daily exercise is what it’s all about. When you begin to add these into your day, you’ll probably find every excuse NOT to do them. Yet, you’ll come to enjoy working out. For many it’s a great stress relief and it can be a lot of fun. Make it your goal to actually put together a workout that you enjoy.
It’ll make all of the difference in how effective it is for you and you’ll be well on your way to losing those first 5-10 pounds.

I like those tips especially going for a walk after dinner. I use to do this a lot a couple years ago then stopped. I should definitely get started with that again!
Yup! better get on that Pam – I'm sure you'll start to feel and see a difference again.
A great tip is to stop eating when you are full So many people feel they need to clean their plate. I'm guilty of that. It is like you are wasting food. Another tip is to not deprive yourself of anything. Just eat small portions. If you deprive yourself you will end up overindulging.
