Exercising helps with a variety of health related problems. Exercise can help to reduce the risk of heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, and other diseases. Believe it or not, your body craves exercise. The human body is made to move; not just to lay on the couch. And, the old saying that you’ve heard numerous times throughout the years, “use it or lose it” is definitely the case.
