		<description>I have been using a whole body vibration machine in conjunction with ROM (range of motion) exercise.  They are not done simultaneously, rather the ROM first for a four minute workout and the vibration afterwards for ten minutes.  I have lost 4 pounds in a four week period and I am definitely noticing more toned areas - especially my abs!</description>
