		<description>I like taking the stairs at work, not only between floors but also from the bottom up.  I work on the 13th floor; who needs a StairMaster when you&#039;ve got 13 flights of stairs!  I walk up all the way at least once a week.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When my office evacuated for the annual fire drill a couple months ago, everyone waited and crowded into elevators to get back to their desks.  I walked up the stairs and was back at my desk in minutes!</description>
