Are you S.E.R.I.O.U.S about your health and fitness?

Safe

Exercise

Revamp

Intensity

Organize

Undertake

Simplify

Safe – Make sure you keep yourself safe when doing exercise and avoiding any “shady” and “too good to be true” fitness claims.

Exercise – Make exercise a daily habit, do something everyday that will help propel your fitness to the next level.

Revamp – Don’t stick with the same old routine day in and day out.  Mix it up a bit with different activities that will challenge your body from different angles.

Intensity – Don’t be afraid to turn the dial up on your exercise intensity.  In order for you to keep seeing results you always have to push past your point of comfort.

Organize – Stay on top of your life by organizing your week and keeping a daily planner.  It will help you clear your mind and stay stress free.

Undertake – Be committed to your health.  Begin taking control of all the elements in your life, once you determine you’ll do something – DO IT!

Simplify – Keep your health and fitness lifestyle simple.  Eat healthy nutritious foods, exercise daily, and most importantly…take time to have fun.

I joke around constantly, so I’m really not the best person to tell you to be serious, but if you utilize the following system, you’d be able to develop the skills and disciplines to breakthrough any obstacle.

Seriously!
