Lower Body Workout: Lunge Mania!

With summer just around the corner, are you ready to show off your legs?

Here’s a quick workout compiled of my favorite lunging exercises that you can integrate into your current routine to shape, tone, and strengthen your hips, thighs and butt…just in time for the HOT weather!

Here’s a quick break down of the Workout Guidelines

Beginner:

12-15 reps
20 seconds rest between exercises
3 sets

Intermediate:

20 reps
10 seconds rest between exercises
3 sets

Advanced:

1 min for each exercise
no rest between exercises
3 sets
