		<description>Hey Marce, &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just wanted to let you know that I&#039;ve just completed week 2 and am already seeing some great changes thanks to your videos.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;and can i just say that becasue of those lunges i was unable to walk down the stairs properly ..like OMG!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I guess its the price I pay for being out of shape!  :P&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;thanks so much for all your help.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kristine &lt;3</description>
