I think it is good if you proper diet it doesn’t means low calories food, proper food at proper time and lot physical activity help you lose weight.
I just prefer one thing to burn fat. You need to burn more fat then you consume the simple and straight forward way to lose weight. People also need to avoid junk foods in order to maintain their metabolism rate.
