Hey! I hope you’re doing well on this glorious Friday! I actually just finished watching Rambo, and I must say it’s quite the “manly movie”. It got me pretty hyped up so I decided to crank out a couple reps of this weeks summer ab exercise.

Oblique Twist

- Sit up with your bum on the ground.
- While holding a weight or medicine ball, lean back on a 45˚ angle and lift your legs off the ground.
- Keep your head looking forward and core nice and tight.

- While balancing on your bum and contracting your stomach muscles to keep you from falling backwards slowly rotate your upper body to one side.
- Hold it in that position for a count of 1 (a slow count) and then rotate over to the opposite side.
- Be sure to breathe out naturally and not hold your breath. Aim for 30 seconds.
