Great explanations and I&#039;m really excited about your coming video&#039;s.  I&#039;ve been trying to find some short strength circuits online and I think I&#039;ve seen most of them, but, as I said, I really only like the dumbbell ones, as they are easier for me to do, though I do put my all into them.
