  • 6 Simple Body Slimming Steps

    I love my friends to death, but it seems that they always ask me the same questions over and over again.

    Marci, how do I slim down?

    Marci, how do I lose weight?

    Marci, what should I eat?

    Even though I give them the answers, I think they listen to it and then automatically shut down because they think of how much work is involved and maybe they don’t like the advice I give them (I’m very nice blunt).

    But to save myself time and to shut my friends up (I mean that in the nicest way possible ;-) I decided to create 6 simplified steps to allow my friends and you to slim down your body without the confusing parts in between.

    The steps are simple and they’re super easy to follow.  I guarantee if you stick with these simple yet effective steps you will see some changes in your body.

    Here we go…

    Step 1: Control Your Portions

    Eat until you’re not hungry anymore, not until you’re full.

    Step 2: Question Everything You Want To Eat

    Stick to fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meats and foods that are low in fat.  If you pick up a piece of cake or something that you’re not suppose to be eating, ask yourself “Do I really need to eat this and will it provide me with any nutritional value?” If the answers “No” then don’t eat it.

    Step 3:  Be Consistent

    Create an eating schedule for yourself to prevent overeating and hunger.  This will also make sure your body has enough fuel for your workouts.

    Step 4:  Cleanse Your Body

    Do I really have to tell you to drink at least 2 liters of water a day?  This should already be on auto pilot.  If not – Get on it!

    Step 5:  Reinforce

    Taking a daily multi-vitamin will help provide your body with the proper nutrients your body needs to function at its best.

    Step 6:  Have Some Discipline

    Become super aware of what times you’re eating at.  As you exercise and sleep you want to make sure your body is in a “fat burning” state rather than a “calorie burning” state.

    BONUS STEP:  Exercise

    Combine the steps above with exercise and you’ve got your self an equation for success and results.
