    Now I wanted to show you that clip because with weight loss and changing your lifestyle it’s always going to be an uphill battle and what really matters is NOT where you start or finish but what you do in between that. That’s what really matters and that is where your going to learn a lot about yourself and grow as an individual.

    It doesn’t matter if you want to lose ten pounds, twenty pounds, get fit or eat healthy. Each goal you have is a mountain that you and only you have to move but in order for it to move you have to make the climb.

      I absolutely agree with this blog. Having inspiration is key! I know of a great weight loss motivational tool on the iPhone. It's fun and easy to use. It's called WeightMirror. All you do is take a picture of yourself and the application will instantly show what you could look like up to 50 Lbs lighter.
      It is fantastic!
