		<description>Hi Marci, &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When I feel stressed I love to find a quiet spot and just read.  It helps me take my mind off of things and  I find I focus on whatever I&#039;m reading.  this might be bad but I also like watching funny movies when i stressed i find that really gets me in a more positive mood and clears my head.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for all the posts!</description>
