		<description>Hi...I am a chef, for real and I do eat healthy, steamed veggies, fruit, yogurt (sugar free &amp; fat free)...love stir frys, salads, etc. Never drink anything carbonated,don&#039;t use salt..use olive oil and PAM, drink tons of water every day, work out at a gym and at home. Since 2006 I have lost a total of 17.6# and went from a size 14 to a size 8..inches a plenty.
When I was a teenager I weighed 230# and did the yo yo thing for quite sometime..I weigh 139# now and want to lose another 5 to 10 pounds. Anyway your newsletters are a huge help, so thanks!</description>
