I was on the subway yesterday and an ad caught my eye, because it seemed to be about fitness. It was a picture of a guy who looked like he went for a run, but there were number 7’s floating around him.
I was able to find the exact picture for you.

After Reading the ad I decided to take a look at the website the ad was promoting.
On the website they were promoting the “Air Quality Health Index“ which is a new tool to help you protect your health from any negative effects from air pollution.
It’s a pretty nifty tool that I think will help out a lot of people who enjoy exercising outdoors.
The air quality is based on a scale ranging from 1-10 (1 being low, and 10 being high).

Once you find the place you live in, simply click on you city and it will give you the AQHI for the day.
In the end, I think it’s a bittersweet situation. It’s great because we have a tool that we can use to check the air quality, but on the other-hand should it even have to come to this point?
If we’re checking the air quality now because it can do some damage to our health, what will happen 5 or even 10 years from now?
