It’s the middle of the week so you shouldn’t be getting complacent with your workouts. In the Spirit of Thanksgiving I put together another great little exercise routine for yah. It focuses more on your cardiovascular system and getting your heart rate up pretty fast.
If anything, if you do a couple sets of this workout you’ll have more than enough room to fit some turkey in this weekend.














With the upcoming Holidays, this is a great time to boost up the workout. We all tend to eat a little to much during the next few months
