Having Fun With Plyometrics!

The long weekend is done :-(  

 

It was good while it lasted but now it’s time to get back in action.  Over the weekend I quickly posted some great tips on how you can track your intensity.  

Staying with that same theme I thought I’d give you a quick 4 exercise workout that focuses on just that – intensity!

Its a quick routine thats sure to make your blood flow, and muscles sore.  Enjoy!
