    Today I got an email from one of my newsletter subscribers.

    She writes…

    “Hey Marci,

    how you doing since we last spoke?

    I just read your newsletter, and I saw that you said circuits are your favorite workout. Can you explain why and what makes them so effective?

    I would love to see you put out more of your famous circuit workout video’s, but mostly ones done with dumbbells, since I’m not so great with bodyweight exercises yet.

      Thanks so much Marci!
      Great explanations and I’m really excited about your coming video’s. I’ve been trying to find some short strength circuits online and I think I’ve seen most of them, but, as I said, I really only like the dumbbell ones, as they are easier for me to do, though I do put my all into them.
      Anyways, thanks again for the video response!

      Maybe I’ll call one the workouts the “Robin” workout – just with dumbbells.
