In other news, I woke up today to find myself smothered in emails, missed calls and voicemails. What’s the buzz? Well…turns out I was featured in “The worlds largest global newspaper” – The Metro (Toronto print).
I shared a few of my special exercises to help people get “Tank-Top Ready” for the warmer weather.

If you don’t live in Toronto no worries, Metro has an amazing digital print of the newspaper as well as a downloadable PDF of the whole paper on their site.
Once you click here, just look on the left hand side of the screen and you’ll see the options for the digital print or pdf for today’s paper. Once again that’s page 33
